We are happy to announce that we have our permit from Forest Service for the “Maybe Ice Derby”. The derby will start at 7 AM 19 February, 2022! You must be registered prior to fishing. Registration will be at J&J Grizzly Store. Weigh-in starts @ 1 PM until 3 PM. You must be in line prior to 3 PM; no late arrivals will be allowed.

 

All proceeds support our local volunteer fire department (Eastern Plumas Rural Fire Protection District).

Remember, the ice thickness and safety is not officially monitored and only you can determine if it is safe to join the other anglers on the ice!
