The lake remained at 9 percent of capacity, and bass fishing was fair last week. Bass have been tight lipped, but anglers fooled a few using drop shot, jigs, and crankbaits. Working baits near rocky structure and points has been producing the most bites, but a few better-quality bass were reported by anglers working ten-inch plastic worms out deep. Catfish anglers are getting bite on anchovies, dip bait, and garlic scented nightcrawlers.
