Lake level is around 55% Bass, redear, and blugill were the most talked about this week. Best bait seems to be a live redworm or nightcrawler. Some top water action in the early morning and late evenings for the largemouth. Couple catfish going for mackeral just slow to take the bait. There have been a few honey holes producing a good amount of panfish for people to have some fillets for a fish fry

We are assuming with the lower lake level, ash falling from fires and all the other unusual weather circumstance it is efficient the bass bite. Bluegill were biting on red worms form the docks around the lake. Catfish hit on a mackerel but it’s a slow game.
