Kokenee fishing on whiskeytown has been pretty slow so far but the pressure is very minimal.When we are scouting for Kokenee we will dip a line in for Bass and fine some nice fish.These fish will come alive as soon as the plankton starts coming closer from the bottom.Call for info or any  guestions  530-515-5951 remember I've been guiding since 1988 full tome
