The fish bit like wild dogs this morning. We started trolling and couldnt even set out 3 rods. Boat traffic was chaos, but if you could get in the lane, you would instantly hook up. We released some beautiful fish and kept some smaller ones for the fryer. When the tide changed, we made a move to drift some livebait and it didnt take long for the rods to double over. I held the boat over groups of fish, and the clients were instantly hooked up as soon as they got their minnows down to the bottom. Before noon, the clients had enough so we kept the last few to fill the limits and got them back in and on their way to lunch.
