Today on the Cal Dawn we had a Phenix Rods rockfish charter. The day did not disappoint as we loaded up with limits of lings, jumbo reds, big striped bass and Halibut. A Axis rod was given to top fish as well as hats jackets and shirts.

Final count

40 ling cod (17 limits plus crew) to 20 pounds
102 rockfish
10 halibut
9 striped bass to 25 pounds

On our salmon trip today the New El Dorado finished up just 2 fish shy of limits. The grade was excellent and the seas were flat calm.

Final 32 salmon to 25 pounds for
17 anglers

I have room this week for salmon Wednesday Thursday and Friday.
