Spent the past 2 days on the Klamath with my client Todd catching and releasing fish on the dry fly, on the swing and under the indicator, beautiful weather and no traffic, just how we all like it.
The Salmon fly is still happening on the Klamath river and the fish are are stuffed full of them. They are also full of Coho Salmon fry that the Irongate hatchery recently released. With that said over the past two days my client Todd still managed to find some hungry fish on 3 while fishing 3 different methods of fly fishing.
Each method had its moments and none was really lights out but when all added together we had good action over the course of two days with fish fat fish up to 20 inches. These hard fighting fish put a great battle on the flyrods. The weather has been outstanding lately so check put the pictures and VIDEO and enjoy.
