Captain Justin Thompson checked in today after a half day of fishing for river rainbows! Great morning bite with doubles and triples to start the day. Spring time is a great time for fishing the Sacramento River system. Increased flows and concentrated trout spells good fishing for all! If you'd like to fish the Sacramento River above SR 44 before it closes until August, Justin and Kenny have dates available in March. It really is a trip worth taking this spring. Thanks!
