Captains Justin Thompson and Kenny Turner fished the Sacramento River today, and once again, found some bright King salmon moving up river. There are some Kings starting to slow down and hold in certain sections of the river, but most are still moving through fairly quickly. Its not a big surprise, we are still in the early stages of the run for sure. We'll be on the Sac every day fishing for salmon for the next 2 1/2 months so we'll always have the ability to put our clients on the salmon during their trip with us. I worked in the office today helping Jaynie get caught up on a busy schedule over the next few months. Our August and September calendars are really tight so look into the October fishing in the Anderson area. There will be some really good fishing up here in October this year. Call (530) 510-2925 to book your October dates as soon as you can. Thank you!
