Lake Level: 311.0
Surface Temperature: 64.6
Fish Plant: We planted 1,200 lbs. of Mt. Lassen Trout at the Marina on Thursday May 2,2019.

The trout bite has been slow this week even through we planted. I was talking to one of our regulars and he said he was fishing for catfish and was catching tout which leads me to believe that the trout are starting to go deep. I also was talking to another angler and he said he has been catching crappie that are a decent size in the reeds and cover.
