Justin Thompson fished a couple on the Sacramento River yesterday and, as usual, the fishing was quite good! Check out the pic's! This fishery is expeiencing a growth spurt and some of the trout that are coming to the net are impressive to say the least. Justin has a few days available next week and its the last 10 days we'll have access to the upper 5.5 miles of the Sac River below Keswick Dam. This section will close until August 1st beginning April 1st so its prime for a last minute trip right now. The steelhead/trout fishing will continue to be great down river below the SR 44 bridge, but there really is something special about the fishing around the Posse Grounds and Sundial bridge.
