GENERAL CONDITIONS

The weather has been very nice in the mornings with temperatures reaching into the 90s in the afternoon.

G. Rezendez caught and released six bass float tubing in the arroyo and he was using Senkos.

Guillermo caught a three-pound catfish, fishing right of the boat rentals and he was using livers. Sam of Pleasanton caught his limit of catfish and he was bait fishing from his boat. The largest catfish was 12 pounds. Rodney Kuzuke caught two catfish totaling 13.13lbs and he was using anchovies for bait.

We have had only one photo submitted to the kiosk but it is a big one! He did not leave his name, but he caught this 21-pound channel catfish using a float tube in the main lake last week!

Water Temperature: 64 degrees, depending on depth.

Water Clarity: Visibility seems to vary between 10-15 feet.

The weather out here at Lake Del Valle has cleared up immensely with our water temperature still hovering around the low 701s making it perfect weather to fish for the striped bass. The small and largemouth bass have been picking up in intensity in this last week with pencil poppers and sub surface jerkbaits.
