7/14/18 - A Daddy's and Daughter's Saturday at Lake Siskiyou, Pairs of Browns, Brooks and Rainbows for BBQ tonight. The trout bite at Lake Siskiyou is best first thing in morning as the sun is coming then the fish push down once the sun is up on water. Trout were rising all morning taking bugs off the top as well. Trolling plugs first thing in morning produced the best bite. While later in the morning and early afternoon casting to rising fish worked best.

Trout fishing is solid at Shasta, Siskiyou and McCloud while Kokanee at Whiskeytown are doing good as well.
