Lake Conditions
Lake Level: 311.1
Surface Temp: 71.9
Fish Plant: We bought the last of the Mt Lassen Catfish they are no longer producing them we were expecting between 7,000 and 8,000 lbs. We ended up with 5,517 lbs. sorry for the wrong information I would have never mentioned it if 1 didn't think the numbers were correct, DFW planted 800 lbs of trout at the boat launch on Wednesday 5-30-18.
Daniel James Smith of Martinez caught a 7.4 lb large mouth fishing at the boat launch on 5-28¬18.
Mario Novoa of Rodeo caught a 71b catfish using anchovies at the boat launch on 5-31-18.
Patricia Ryan of San Pablo caught a catfish weighing over 131bs using night crawlers at the boat launch on 5-31-18.
James Stoker of San Rafeal caught 5 trout and 1 catfish fishing the lake off a boat on 6-1-18.
Patricia Washington of Richmond caught a 7.73Ib catfish using micetails on the handicapped dock on 6-1-18.
Ben C. of Hercules caught a 10lb catfish using anchovies at the boat launch on 6-1-18.
Patricia and Terry Ryan caught 3 catfish stringer weighing 30Ibs the weight of the largest 8.6 lbs on 6-2-18.
Park Information
San Pablo Recreation area is open daily the month of June from 6:00am — 8:00 p.m. Boats having to be off the water at 7:00 p.m. The café is open Friday , Saturday & Sunday from 10am to 4 pm.
