Captain James from the Cal Dawn checked in.  Finished up the day with over a fish per rod on the halibut and bass, and one of he most impressive shaker bites on halibut I have seen so far this season. We figured somewhere around 215 undersized halibut got gently released back in the bay to be harvested another day once they become keepers.
