Today we fished the Sacramento River near Anderson, Ca. There were lots of boats on the water today and there were a lot of fish caught as well. I wouldn't say it was on fire, but as the bite turned on and off people were hooking salmon. We caught a few larger adult salmon today, including a 20 pound hen, and we saw a few others caught as well. With returns to Coleman Hatchery being very low so far, lets hope we see a push of adult spawners in the next few weeks!
