Lake Conditions
Lake Level: 310
Surface Temp : 56 degrees
Fish Plant: We planted 1,200 lbs of Mt Lassen Trout on 3-23-17 at the Main Rec.
Fish Tales
Chuck Johnson and Jeff Dodson of Fairfax caught 6 trout using Power-bait total weight of the stringer 17 lbs in various locations while fishing off a boat on 3-22-17.
Behzad Shambamati of Pinole caught 4 trout the weight of the largest 5 lbs using mice tails fishing at the main rec on 3-22-17.
Nancy Neff of San Rafeal caught 3 trout the stringer weighing 6 lb .5 oz chartreuse power eggs in various locations while fishing off a boat on 3-23-17.
Tom Wyatt of Pleasanton caught a 22lb catfish at the dam the bait was a secret on 3-23-17.
Walter and Kayla Huth of Alameda caught Trout, carp, and bill gill fishing at the main rec using night crawlers on 3-25-17.
Audie Banagan of Richmond caught a trout using green / pink power egg combo fishing at the main rec on 3-26-17.
Park Information
San Pablo Recreation area is open daily for the month of March from 6:30 – 6:00 p.m. The café will be open Thursday thru Sunday from 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. ( CAFE CLOSED projected opening when the weather clears due to low attendance.)
