GENERAL CONDITIONS
The fishing at Eckley Pier has been significantly slow, possibly due to the high tides. Many of the local fishermen are headed north towards Benicia in pursuit of salmon.

Del Valle LakeWater temp has dropped into the low 50’s and the mornings are cold, frosty and slow. Fish are not really biting until the sun hits the water. Power bait and worms are working the best. Mt. Lassen planted 750 lbs of trout at the public launch on the 12th. I don't know why we aren’t getting DFG trout plants but I’m going to look into it.
