As many of you know my Dad had Cancer. This past January we stopped Chemo treatments since it was no longer working. Dad had couple good months but by early March Dads health declined. I stayed home with Dad 24/7 and nursed him till he passed away on May 2nd. Dad battled for 7 years and 7 days smiling the entire time. Thank you to everyone who helped and sent messages!!!

I have spent the last couple monthes fishing with family and a few clients.The Klamath River, Lake Siskiyou, McCloud Reservoir, Trout Lake and Whiskeytown have all offered some great Bass, Kokanee, Steelhead and Trout fishing. Casting, Trolling, and Fly fishing have all had their moments. The weather from Redding north has been very hot, so early starts are a must. McCloud and Whiskeytown reservoirs are awesome right now despite the heat.
