We continue to see trout catches of 5 pounders and lots of limits this week and expect this Memorial Day Weekend to produce the same with temperatures in the 70’s and 80’s.

Shane, Austin, & Allen caught 11 trout total and their two biggest were 5 lbs. & 4 lbs. using PowerBait along the Open Area shoreline. The Urich Family caught a nice Bass along with a couple of trout and they used live crawdads off the dock. Bob Boyer, Stan Morton, Pete Henderson & Bob Delodon caught 16 trout as a group and they were trolling 25′ down using worms & flashers.

Kevin Jarrell from Oroville caught his trout on PowerBait by the ramp, and Allison Paxston caught her three bows on white PowerBait by the dam.

Don & Dana Feryance from Woodland and their family have caught trout everyday of their week long campout. They fished off the dock with PowerBait and netted a big 5 pounder on Monday! They always bring their good luck charms, their dogs Greta and Chloe!!

Gilbert Corchado from Y. City caught his limit of trout from shore using garlic PowerBait. Vicki Farley also limited out on trout by thedam using chartreuse PowerBait.

Brandon McDaniel from Meridian hooked a 5 lb. 4 oz. trout by our dam on PowerBait. Tommy Phipps from Tracy trolled 15′ down with PowerBait and netted a 2 lb. 8 oz. Rainbow. Dale Mansfield from Forbestown usually comes here to catfish but this week he limited out on trout, his big one was 5 pounds caught on sherbert PowerBait.
