Went out to Lake Berryessa on sunday, got to the ramp at about 6:30. Water temp was anywhere between 56°-60°, there was a lot of run off so the water was dirty in some areas. Started off by fishing islands and points caught a couple smallmouth on a shakey head. The morning was slow but around noon the bite had picked up and so did the rain. Caught a bunch of fish in the 2lb-4lb area, in about 20-30ft of water. #MonsterFishingTackle.

Although lake water levels are low, outrage is high, and building, after the latest Bureau of Reclamation bid process fiasco. Reclamation announced that no successful bids were received in response to the latest Prospectus (the third failed bid process since 2006).
