Ice Update: The weather has been "warming" up the last few days during the day. This morning, we had high winds. These factors can affect the ice conditions. Please check the ice and procede at your caution. Be careful. It is up to you to decide if it is safe or not and it is not officially monitored.

Ice Update: Drove the East side of the lake a little bit ago. Up to where the pavement ends just past Lightening Tree is clear and dry. Did not go onto the dirt road, way to muddy. You can not drive down Lightening Tree boat ramp or campground, because of snow berms. Drove into Mallard Cove and Coot Bay in 2wd no problem. Lower profile cars may have a problem because of the ruts. Honker Cove down in 2wd, but had to put into 4wd...... Read More
