The trout fishing at Lake Chabot has been good. We are seeing some limits. Our last stocking was on January 13, 2016 and we received 500 pounds of trout. Drift fishing is working. Shore fisherman are catching fish across the lake from Bullfrog or Catfish Landing.

WHOPPER ALERT!
Ian Cornelius of Castro Valley catches another whooper here at Lake Chabot. This rainbow trout weight in at 6.8 lbs and was caught over by Indian cove using powerbait.
