Last Plant: On July 26th we planted 700lbs. of Catfish from Mt. Lassen.

Trout season has reached its end due to the warm weather. 7" power worms and minnowbaits are being used for smallmouth and largemouth bass. The best locations are anywhere there are fallen trees or other types of cover. However panther martins seem to be the most successful lately. Mackerel, sardines, anchovies, stink bait and chicken livers have worked very well for catfish near the dam and in the south end of the lake. in heron bay and in coves. Visit our Marina for updated locations and fishing information on your next visit.
