The lake rose to 10 percent of capacity, and fishing has been fair. Bass anglers reported putting in long days to score fish, but they are still biting. Jigs and finesse baits have been the baits of choice, and successful anglers reported using a very slow retrieve in deeper water to get bit. Deep diving cranks also produced a few fish. The good news is that there’s a trout plant scheduled for the week of December 18th.
