Spalding north ramp 2/11/19. Keep praying folks. Spring will be here in a matter of time & we are still 1 1/2ft below last years high water mark. We gotta get there before we can gain & it’s going to take a lot of water to get there. We are still 50% below total moisture, & 40% below total snow from 2018. But we still have some time left. Fingers crossed.
